Site visit to the Career Center to measure and determine what would be best.
Interview Leadership to determine wishes and dreams and what is possible.
The team decided to feature a series of competencies and charged us to proceed with brand colors; however, I discovered through my own research that those competencies had established
colors for each competency already, so I directed the team to use those colors for consistency.

Reflection:
Research is king!! Most departments on campus model their work around established systems and policies, so it is wise to do some digging first with projects like this to see what is out there to save time. Well, not only would it prevent you from reinventing the wheel, it would also help people to make the right connections.
