Goal: Increase attendance for the annual Women’s Leadership Institute

Tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Mailchimp
Process:
Analyze past events for pain points
Determine communication platforms and present ideas for outreach
Give the Institute a mature look and voice
Use limiting two-color palette to create a more inviting palette

Results:
Significant increase in event attendance from previous years
Designs were reused the next year because they were so impactful
Increase in submitted proposals by participants from previous years

Reflection:
I learned so much about the ever-changing algorithms and needs of our target audience.
In the future, I would increase short-form video production and incorporate the mentoring story
 from the perspective of the participants (high school students).
