Process:
Analyze past events for pain points
Determine communication platforms and present ideas for outreach
Give the Institute a mature look and voice
Use limiting two-color palette to create a more inviting palette

Significant increase in event attendance from previous years.
Designs were reused the next year because they were so impactful.
Increase in submitted proposals by participants from previous years.

Reflection:
I learned so much about the ever-changing needs of a target audience. Being flexible is key.
