Research comparable sites and take note of what pages are most useful to our members
Present new site to church members and hold sessions to help those who need to learn

Increase in online giving because the new site was cleaner and provided better options
Increase in revenue with event space bookings because people could see each space
with new photography and space specs listed
Increase in event attendance with a modernized calendar that provided clear registration links
Branding, website and video still in use today!

Reflection:
I learned more about big picture strategy and operations, and I was able to
create buy-in and give space for different team members to discuss how my
marketing communications team could help their teams reach their own business goals.
