Client/Company: FoodCorps
Project: Research book about K-12 school meal programs in the U.S.
Category: Editorial design, digital design, research design, report design, data visualization
Goal: Take 4 years of research and data and turn it into something people will actually want to read! This book will be used by K-12 superintendents, district administrators, nutrition leaders and educators across the US, and should show how they are working together, thinking about meal programs, and providing school meals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Results:
A 20-page report turned into a 75-page report, but the client loved it and
understood the need for some serious pacing with serious content like this.
We received inquiries to work with other programs because they loved our design work.
The report design was so loved that it was turned into a social media campaign.

Reflection:
I learned to continue educating and showing clients best practice when it comes to good graphic design. Envisioning what the audience will see truly does help the client think about the impact of certain design choices.
