Process:
Assess past attempts at email campaigns and create a new strategy
Research and interview grad students to learn pain points
Import listservs into Mailchimp and clean up/organize
Send test emails...and again, and again!

66,159 total audience reach in 6 months
Exceeded national numbers for open and click rates
Increase in event attendance by current graduate students
Student survey reported satisfaction with new event emails with links to easily register

Reflection:
The mindful approach in sending the appropriate amount of emails to those on multiple listserv lists proved to be the most effective approach in keeping people subscribed. Additionally, future inclusion
of various graduate programs helped to keep emails interesting to read and engage with.
